Flamenco Dancers
Wednesday night my friends and I went to see a Spanish group of Flamenco Dancers! The night was amazing and here are a few pictures and videos from that night! Even the dancers were supporting “Nabeeha 5″! Check out their attire!
YouTube Wouldn’t Add This File Since it Was Too Long! More Orange!
More Orange Attire Worn by The Dancers!
What a Funny Ending to a Great Show!

Nice show, gypsy flamenco is one of the famous individualistic, yet structured folk art from Andalusia.
Have you heard of Arabic flamenco before?
May 20th, 2006 at 1:45 pm
Swair: Inshallah!
Maf: To be honest I have not heard of Arabic Flamenco!

Flamenco was introduced to many other cultures..it gives’em a more unique taste than the gypsy one!
such as the Russian , Mexican and Arabic..a fine example of an Arabic Flamenco music is by Charbel Rouhana (a Lebanese artist)in his album Mazaj Alani.

I was just about to say how can someone find out about these sort of events in Kuwait? but I guess word of mouth and thanks to the blogging world now…I know more and more events that are going on in Kuwait…I guess there are things to do back home
May 21st, 2006 at 6:07 am
Jelly Belly: Word of mouth is a great way to spread information but as you said, the blogs are becoming another source of info!
May 24th, 2006 at 6:51 am
Thnx for posting the video clips. Sorry to say that this has to be the worst flamenco show I had ever seen in my life.
May 24th, 2006 at 7:48 am
NYChick: With regards to the pics and videos then you’re welcome but as for the show itself, I can’t say anything because that was my first live Flamenco show and I bet the organizers didn’t want to pay too much so you get what you pay for!
