Traffic Laws

I have heard that there were changes to the current traffic laws in Kuwait! Would anyone know any of the new laws? Oh, and what ever happened to the law concerning stickers on the back window? Any info on that?

    K The Kuwaiti : True but you know how we have cops that would stop you for doing nothing at all or stop you cause they want to! Just being on the safe side!

    the sticker law is bull. i got small lebanese stickers on the front and back and never been stopped even on check points. But i did hear that if u put a sticker of a political party then u r in trouble. Like if u put a Hezbullah logo or Nasrallahs pic then ur in trouble. As for traffic laws, no idea but would be great if u let us know when u do.

    Fonzy : I have a sticker on my back window that takes alot of the window! I know they don’t care about small stuff but what about the big stuff! I also know that in the last GCC meeting they agreed that it was ok to tint your cars up to 30% without a problem! Now has that been established in Kuwait or not! :P

    ok .. the laws, if you do any mistake you go to jail.

    The stickers, as long as they have the sheikhs (anyone of them) picture its ok.

    mostly in new laws they will disable 4 wheels in cars ( offroading ) same as they do to speed limit lock

    Anonymous : I was reading the short list of laws the have online and sure seems like everything has a jail sentance! :P As for the stickers, I treat mine like the others treat their stickers of the sheikhs! Since Sabah Al-Ahmed asked his pics to be removed then people should not stick his pics on their cars but it’s all up to them!

    Forza Q8 : They won’t do that! 4 wheeling is not illegal in Kuwait! I went 4 wheeling last weekend and cops passed us and didn’t do anything! We weren’t the only people out there either! I will post about the trip soon!

    i think the 30% tint has been established. A friend if mine tinted his windows 30% last week and said it was legal. But i would choose a better source honestly. So am not sure.
