I would like to take the time to spread the word regarding two events that concern walking!
The first one is The 6K Club! To read about this club click HERE!
Secondly I would like to take the time and help Forza Q8 spread the work regarding The 3rd Autism Walkathon!
I think both the things I talked about should be considered by everyone but the fact is, the choice is up to you!

I will be checking this out. I used to do the TerryFox Run back in the day. I haven’t done it for years though.
