22nd of May Celebration
Since the 22nd was on a Tuesday the organizers decided to have the even on Thursday the 24th! Many of you might be wondering what this celebration is for, well the 22nd of May commemorates the day when the unification of North and South Yemen occurred! There is a large population of Yemeni citizens in Kuwait so every year at this time they have a celebration! Like last year’s celebration, the event took place at the Dancing Water Fountain Park but I have to admit the event last year was so much better when it comes to who the entertainers were! I had fun hanging out with a few Yemeni friends of mine and enjoying the entertainment! Here are a few pics and video clips of that night! Oh BTW, I have longer video clips that YouTube wouldn’t upload that I might add later on!

The Yemeny civilization is one of the greatest and oldest civilization in our region. and for them to unite calls for a celebration
besides they’re the origin of all arabs ……

Sara : Yemen has many types of terrain ranging from hot desserts to cold high mountains! When people decide to go, they should keep an open mind and have someone they know with them!
