What Have I Been Up To?
I know I haven’t been posting like I used to! I’ve been pretty busy with work and social life! I tend to prefer to blog while I am at work cause the connection is better and it’s an excuse to take a relaxing break from the excessive work load! In this post I would just like to state a few things I’ve been up to for those who are curious about what I have been doing!
A celebration is worth going to no matter what the occasion is!
On the 17th of June I was invited to attend a piano concert where kids and teenagers under the age of 18 were performing short pieces of well known compositions! I was amazing at how good they were and how much talent they had! Some of the performers made a few mistakes since there was a lot of pressure on them but they managed to correct their mistakes as well as continue playing as if nothing happened! Mastering that must have taken a lot of dedication and discipline!
I attended the graduation ceremony that was held at Al-Raya Ballroom to see my brother walk as he is done with his college career! The day was great but I have to admit the ceremony was kinda lousy! I think it was due to the fact that they were graduating 2 classes ( Class of 2006 and Class of 2007) and another thing was the photographers! Too many photographers for no reason and that made it hard for people to see their daughters/sons receiving their graduation certificates!
Not everything was happy and cheerful! I had to attend a few funerals! Some that were related to my family and others that were related to the family of loved ones, and close friends.

I was sleeping on my couch in my aprt. when they had our graduation ceremony. I was not interested, plus I handed in a project the day before.

Deema : The teenagers’ concert was by invite only! That’s why I didn’t advertise it! As for Raya, the place is nice especially the mall but I prefer the Sheraton’s Ballroom over the Raya Ballroom! Ajirna O ajrich!
